Nature is my primary source of inspiration. I try to create in subtle, organic, and natural ways, just as nature does. I am fascinated by nature’s ability to change, rearrange, and regenerate itself. I value everything that is naturally sourced, shaped and made by hand.

Ancient Baltic belief is rooted in respect. Before the crusaders enforced brutal conversion to Christianity, the Balts understood that conversion was neither necessary nor meaningful, as they already lived by the same fundamental principles — only expressed in a different form. As a result, the Balts resisted forced absolutism, accepting multiple paths of coexistence.

Stabai

The ancient Baltic belief system is a nature-centric, polytheistic religion deeply tied to the earth and reflected in everyday (lifestyle). It emphasizes harmony with the natural world, honoring elements such as the sun, fire, forests, and water. Lithuanians proved to be the most resistant people to conversion to Christianity because of their strong beliefs and values tied to daily life. In order to convert the Lithuanian population, crusaders destroyed what was most sacred to them — the ancient forests known as Sengirė — and replaced it with churches.

Stereotype: “Creativity is good” — well, not always. Corrupt minds can produce very negative artifacts, such as tools for killing. There is one essential condition for creativity to produce positive outcome, and that is free human mind.

The concept of Borders can be critically examined through political, economic, and social perspectives, particularly in relation to power, ownership, and control. Borders are largely human-made constructs designed to regulate access to resources, mobility and preserve systems of inequality.

I want to challenge the stereotype that reasoning has nothing to do with emotions and creativity. Thinking comes from within, and so our emotions and values are intertwined in the process. Thinking, by the way, is creative by nature — it generates more thinking — but that doesn’t necessarily make one creative; perhaps a better term is “idea generator.” True creativity, at its core, is free thinking — by passing those biased values and emotions but it doesn't mean one must be a machine / robot, on the contrary, creativity demands agency. To get there, one must cultivate strong critical thinking skills, an essential form of thinking for attaining free thought that is truly creative.

I am only interested in things as they actually are as opposed to idealistic, imaginative or subjective because that would be absurd one day water would boil, another freeze or your sun would mean socks to me. Only figuring out the logic, nature of things as they truly are, gives me an option to communicate (via paintings) and not to delude myself and others.

Oil extraction causes significant damage to the Earth, affecting land, water, air, and ecosystems. Drilling and mining disrupt natural landscapes, leading to deforestation, soil degradation, and habitat loss. Oil spills —both on land and at sea — contaminate soil and water, harming wildlife and causing long-term ecological damage.

Why is AI not creative? AI works by learning patterns from data like text, images and sounds that are all sorts – unidentified sources and therefore unreliable (we can not inspect / analyze). Algorithms and models are also tweaked by corporations that are biased. Even though AI makes patterns (nuanced thinking), it is biased and unreliable and therefore only human minds are capable of producing free thought and therefore truly creative (positive) outcomes because of the critical thinking skill that involves thinking about thinking while thinking in order to take charge of your own thinking (agency).
